If you have a high-speed Internet connection, you might enjoy visiting this page of the Tybee Island Lighthouse website:

http://www.tybeelighthouse.org/fast.htm

Click on one of the links on the right side then mouse over the picture to "renovate" the old into the new.

Click on one of the left links to view 360 degree panoramas - move your mouse over the picture to control the speed and direction of the scroll.

Any idea what the tall tower object is at the right side of the panoramic view from the top of the tower right along the waters edge? Is it another lighthouse in the distance?

I saw the tall object and it is not a lighthouse, however, not sure what it is. The only nearby lighthouse is Cockspur but it is in the opposite direct and is a small tower. Which by the way can be seen from the top of Tybee.
