Does anyone know or have a use for them?

I have quite a few and would prefer to give them to someone who can use them, before I take them to trash or recycling.

One of the folks in the Chesapeake Chapter of the USLHS was accepting them to be used in his education programs for school kids. Seems like a good way to use the old calendars. Maybe someone active in the chapter can steer you in the right direction.

Dave,

I contacted Shirin earlier this summer about this and she told me that the person collecting them had been inundated with calenders and is no longer accepting them.

She had no other source that she knew of for them so I recycled the ones I had.

The only other thing I can think of is to wait for school to start and check with the local elementary school and see if they might like to have them.

The school idea could be good. They could be great for art classes -- in my days in K-12 schooling, I spent many an art class making collage out of old calendars.

No Harbour Lights Calendars. Those are tucked away.

Hi
Washington Lightkeepers Association is putting together educational kits for schools here. The calendars can be used by the kids to create their own lighthouse puzzles. I would be happy to take them for that purpose.

Where should I send the calendars?

We have both wall and day by day calendars. Do you want both?
