Is it too early to ask who might be going to this?

I was checking airfares and found that for about $200 I could either fly to SFO or Sacramento.

Anybody interested in coming in on Thursday, Sep 5 and making a long weekend of it -- including doing a bunch of SF Bay lighthouses?

I'd head home on Sunday the 8th. OR if you'd rather come on Friday the 6th and go home on Tuesday the 10th, say so.

We are flying into Seattle the week before and driving down the coast for a week seeing lighthouses along the way. Then we are doing the Regional on Saturday and flying home on Sunday.... so I guess we would have to do it before the Regional since I will be back at work on that next Monday.

John---wrong weekend for me. As I am writing, Jerry and I and another couple are making plans for a long Labor Day weekend trip to the SF area. Ya'll have a great time in Sacremento!!!

Paul, you and Sue planning on flying over any of the remote lights? Flattery and Destruction are both in spectacular locations.

Paul, as much as you like to drive, I can't believe you're flying out west! (LOL)

I hope to be going. Now days I don't get my hopes up to much. I was planning on arriving Thurs Morning and going to Pt. Bonita and East Brothers Island. I want to head north to Point Arena too. Not sure where we will be staying though. I haven't planned it out that far yet. I have a free airline ticket so getting there isn't a problem.

Resurfacing this post - still looking for folks interested in doing some lighthousing on Friday and Sunday. There will be at least a few of us enjoying real lighthouses before and after the regional. How about you west coast folks - anyone interested???

It doesn't look good for me to go now. Sorry. I'll be there in spirit only.

Peggy and I will be at the event. We're arriving in Sacramento late Friday and leaving late Sunday. We probably won't be doing any lighthousing while there.

Still need to make hotel reservations.

Diana and I will be arriving Friday and having dinner with friends in Yuba City area. Will be at the event Saturday. I guess all day Saturday we can visit HL retailers and any of you that are going to be there. Anyone interested in getting together for dinner after the event Saturday? Is there a hotel everyone is staying at in area of the event?

We plan to be at Point Bonita when it opens at 12:30 Sunday and fly out of Okland at 8:45 Plan to visit Ghirardelli Square and Fisherman's Wharf for dinner after Point Bonita, then to the airport.

Dale
