I just received my South Haven Pier Light and have a question about it. We have probably talked about this already but I can't find any thing on the subject. And the question is: Was their supposed to be a power adapter included with this edition or is the adapter purchased separately? A simple question deserves a simple answer for a simple person? No comment please on the simple person remark.

Rich,
The power adapter must be purchased separately. For me, it was good riddance. But if you want one, just contact Harbour Lights and send them $5.00 of your hard earned money.
You now have your simple answer to your simple question.

I had to dig into the box for the adaptor for this piece, but it was in the box that the other boxes were in. Dig for it Rich, it's probably there although I don't know why it wasn't packaged with the styrofoam in the HL box.
I like the idea of being able to light it with or without the adaptor. There aren't any outlets inside the curio cabinets that house the pieces that light up. Does any know if any of the other Limited Editions can use batteries?
Finding that elusive seahorse is going to take some doing on this piece--worked at it for 1-1/2 hours the day I got it and could not locate even a "might be."

P.S. Just got an email from my dealer. He put an adaptor inside the box and forgot to let me know--did that for all who reserved pieces. Now that's pretty remarkable!!

Same here; it was a nice find considering I didn't order it, however it came in handy to light up the South Haven Pier! The faux frosting on this piece is CRAZY!! I love it! (Thanks to my dealer)

Just got my South Haven Pier Head Light and I love it. I have it on my coffee table and I just have to light it every night!
