You were tripped up by JPG vs jpg. Just capitalize the extension on your files and you'll have it.
Remember with URLs the domain name capitalization does NOT matter -- but everything after the domain name must match the capitalization of the file or image.

Greg,
You also have mixed tags. If you are going to use the url= tag, you normally are gooing to make a link that contains text of your choosing, such as this . Don't forget that you can use the built in code by clicking on one of the 10 buttons that appear at the bottom of the message post page. This will open up a pop-up window where you put in the url info and the software then adds the correct tags.
