We just returned from a week exploring the Chesapeake Bay area and the DelMarva Peninsula (where I grew up). We stayed at the "Chesapeake Bay Bed & Breakfast" located near Annapolis, Md. It is a very exact replica of Thomas Point, MD light and commands a view of that light. The B&B is closing due to zoning problems and the working lighthouse and house are for sale. If you can swing the asking price of $1.9M, this is a great spot. It is a beautiful location and would like a lighthouse lover to buy it...the telephone # is (410) 757-0248.
