Number of Lights seen in profile...

I was just looking at our newest member, Viperman2000's profile, and I saw that he had something in there I didn't know existed - the number of lights seen. I went to edit my profile, and saw I had this too.

Is this new? I never noticed it before. Cool feature!

Well, if it is new, I just added my total to my profile.

Yep. It's new. I was fishing around on the CP and saw that it was possible to add custom items to the profile so I added that one a few days ago.

Good idea for lighthouse count

But what good is this? No one can see it but the person the profile belongs to, right? I checked out Beaconfollower and couldn't see it. Why put it there then?

You can see it when you view a person's profile - look at Daniel's profile and you will note he has visited 50 lights. Beaconfollower has 64. It is the last line of the profile to display.

OK, now I see it. I had gone into the "directory" instead of "profile" and it didn't say anything in the directory list. Since I now know where it is, I will have to change mine too! Thanks!

Finally got around to do mine also. Thanks for the reminder.

Okay, I hope I did not miss any. Recorded in my profile 125 lighthouses/lightships visited and or seen since we started in 1999.

I updated my list today and then updated my profile. Since I've been into lighthouses, I've seen and photographed 94 lights.

I've updated my profile to reflect the current total- 227.

We might even add some foreign ones this year- looks like we'll be getting to both Korea and Canada this Summer.
