I have been looking for a "Little Light" Lightship Overfalls, based in Delaware. Any chance of this coming out any time soon?

The only way this would probably ever happen is if the Overfalls Society commissions Harbour Lights to produce one for them to sell..

Okay, thanks. The society does have one replica through Anchor Bay, but it's large and expensive.
