Help with Club By-Laws

Cindy (Mrs. Sarge) and Melody are working on starting up an H.L. Collector's Club out in the Denver area. One of the first tasks, of course, is to create a set of by-laws, a mission statement, etc. I'd really appreciate it if any of you who are members of an active club would share what you have in this area with us.
