Congratulations Tony and Harbour Lights! I think this is the first time a piece has been sold out in 3-4 months in years.

Hope this is a turning point in HL collecting.

Do we know an edition size??

Great news for sure! The surprise is that Conanicut and Hospital Point have not sold out, as they are all great pieces, and the only two Christmas pieces that are not retired according to the Harbour Lights website. Hopefully we'll get the date on Burnt Island's retirement at some point in the future. I love to keep those for my records as I'm sure others do also.

A reason for the current Christmas issue selling out is the offer to dealers to package the "Flying Santa" Tri-fecta from 2007-08-09 into a discount package.

That plus the usual sales of the Christmas piece probably pushed this year's intro to the 'sell-out' point.

Just as a point of information - HL725 2009 Christmas Replica Burnt Island ME is a "timed' edition limited to one year production a1 January 2009 to 31 December 2009 not a numbered limited edition!

Not to burst anyone's bubble but the order was for less than 750 pieces! Therefore it is truly a very limited numbered edition!
