If you are reading this and are NOT a member of the Collector Forums, you are most welcome to join us!

Deadline for entries is midnight EST Sunday, July 22.

Get your entry in by this Sunday at midnight ET and you'll automatically be in an early bonus drawing for an AP of HL463, Brant Point MA.

All those who've entered so far will also be in this early drawing. All entries will remain in the drawing for the Grand Prize.

Only a handful of early responses. I imagine the rest of you are procrastinating.

Final deadline in 10 days.

It's an 'open book' test. So far each entrant has achieved 100% and is in the drawing. Everyone is eligible except Paul and I.

Re: Collector Forums / Collectors Guide Pop Quiz - 07/17/07 04:07 PM

Only 15 entries through Sunday. Someone is going to win an AP today.

First person to post a number from 1 to 15 will determine the winner.

To be in the drawing for the Little Sable MI AP, you'll need to complete the quiz by midnight Sunday 22nd. With so small a pool to draw from, your odds are pretty good.

Re: Collector Forums / Collectors Guide Pop Quiz - 07/18/07 03:25 PM

Either not many of you have the Collectors Guide or you don't have the time to answer 10 questions or you swore off Pop Quizzes.

Someone is going to win a Little Sable AP - could be you if you have the book and 5 minutes.

Deadline is this Sunday at Midnight ET.

Re: Collector Forums / Collectors Guide Pop Quiz - 07/21/07 08:32 PM

YOu've NEVER had better odds for winning a Harbour Lights Artist's Proof!

Better than 1 in 20 as of today. Only today and tomorrow before midnight to answer the 10 questions.

Someone will win. You gotta play to win!

Re: Collector Forums / Collectors Guide Pop Quiz - 07/23/07 05:11 PM

John Chidester just called me and said that his internet provider is having problems for the past couple of days and he can't access the forums nor his email at this time..

He apologizes but hopes to have the results of the pop quiz posted by tomorrow..

Re: Collector Forums / Collectors Guide Pop Quiz - 07/23/07 09:44 PM

Imagine being able to connect to the Internet, but only at the speed of a 3-legged turtle! That's what it's been like for 3 days.

Comcast came this afternoon and replaced the modem and viola! Things are back to normal. Unfortunately, it took 3 service calls for them to figure out it was the modem that they supplied.

OK. So next person to post a number between 1 and 25 (including 1 and 25) will determine the winner of the Little Sable. Daniel chose the number last time, so he's not able to select a number this time.

You don't have to have participated in the Pop Quiz to choose the number.

(Jeopardy theme plays in background.)

Re: Collector Forums / Collectors Guide Pop Quiz - 07/24/07 01:15 AM

You must have made a mistake. This is Rich Felter and he never wins anything. His luck went away when he sold his 410 gauge shotgun that he won in an American Legion drawing back in 1959. He needed gas so he sold the shotgun for $15.00. You can't be talking about Rich Felter who left early at an in-store signing and had his name drawn for the Gold Piece, but, because he left early he wasn't there to claim it. You can't be talking about the Rich Felter that contributes to raffle tickets just so they can sell some more tickets. And if this is the Rich Felter you are talking about, then I must be dreaming.

I just can't believe I have finally won something. Thank you very much! I was so sure that I wouldn't win that I didn't enter until Saturday afternoon. My luck must finally be changing. First it was the Gator Basketball team winning the 2006 National Championship, second it was the Gators and the 2006 Football National Championship, third it was the Gator and the 2007 Basketball National Championship and now I win an Artist Proof. What can happen next? The Cleveland Browns playing above .500 in football would be nice.
