Washington Lightship?

A few months ago I went on a cruise between Lake Union and Pugent Sound. Near the locks there was a lightship docked so that you could not see it's name (if it was even there). Does anyone know which one this is? I may be able to post a picture of it next week if no one can identify it by then.

Probably the Swiftsure.
