It is scary what some people consider as fun. Costs all of us having to fix the damage they caused and could be very dangerous to others. Sure would be great if the CG somehow was able to catch them.

These are the kind of people that would be the first to sue the government if their boat was damaged or someone was injured due to the buoy not being on station.
