Nice shot. In preparing images for the Forums, perhaps a bit bigger would be better. Set the image size to 400-500 pixels in the longest dimension.

I have some more but this is probably the best of the ones I took a week ago last Sunday. It was a beautiful day.

This is the first picture I have uploaded and the first time to post a picture. I'm trying to figure out how to do all these "techie" things so I can post some pictures in the future. I know how to use my computer for the things I regularly do like e-mail, forums, letters, etc. but I'm not very knowledgeable beyond that. I was pleased that I was able to figure out how to get the image off of the photo disk and then to actually get it uploaded and to appear in a post. I appreciate your suggestions, John, but I don't yet know how to change the size of the image.

Let me start off by saying that's one great picture. Well DOne!!! Most programs that work with pictures have somewhere in their menu an option to RESIZE a picture. I have HP Precision scan, MGI PhotoSuite and ACD See. All good programs, not expensive and they do a wonderful job. I usually try to reduce my photos to 500 pixels on the shortest dimension, or is it the longest. It's been awhile! Someone will jump in here and help us out. Or in my case straighten me out!!
