Make a Seven-Foot Knoll

Make a Seven-Foot Knoll - 05/17/98 10:23 PM

I'd like to see them make a Seven-Foot Knoll model. This screwpile lighthouse differs from other Chesapeake Bay screwpile lights in two ways. First, it is completely round, not hexagonal like the Thomas Point and some others. Second, the structure above the piles is iron, rather than the wooden structures of the other Chesapeake Bay screwpile lights. An additional comment: If HL does this light, PLEASE display it as it was, that is to say, in the water, not as it now is, on land where it has been moved.

Lou, I for one am sure that someone reads these things. I have wanted Bullock POint RI for 3 - 4 years and ask HL here on the forums about making that light. Well, I'm told it may be out this month or next. Yes, Someone DOES read these things.

I heard Bill say one time that they will make them all, at least in the USA!! If this is true, sooner or later, you should get the one you've been wishing for!!! wink wink
