NTFG #9

Below is today's Light picture to be named.
Here’s a brief list of guidelines that will be used.
1. Every Thursday a new light will be presented, barring problems.
2. The light may be from anywhere in the world.
3. Request that we limit guesses to 1/person/day
4. A hint will be provided every day starting on the 2nd day.
5.I will keep/post the running scores if desired, scoring will be by points assigned for difficulty (1-5).
6. Post your guesses to this thread.
7. Your input with photos appreciated and acknowledged when used.
8. Rate this a 4.

I've been researching a trip to see the lights of Australia and New Zealand and this one looks a lot like the Bean Rock Lighthouse . So that would be my guess.

Think Shirin is a winner! One of my favorite lighthouse photographers, Grant Maizel, has a photo of Bean Rock, New Zealand on his webpage that looks identical to #9.

Shirin is correct with Bean Rock, New Zealand.

Congrats Shirin, another lighthousing trip in the works! Now if you can get in the Bean LH that will be a story.

Hopefully this trip won't be in the too far off future. And now I will definitely have to get in a trip out to see the Bean Rock Lighthouse. Hmmm...I can already see how the article will look for the newsletter!
