The first group to arrive included:

Looks like hints are needed here. We're looking for an anagram of a lighthouse name.
How many letters? (How many people?)
Which letters? (First group, second group)
How will you know when DocJ44 arrived? (I'll let you figure that one out.)

OK, here's the solution:
Take the FIRST letter of the names of those who arrived first and the SECOND letter of the names of those who arrived second:
K R O A C E O
You'll also need one letter from DOCJ44's name to complete the anagram for OCRACOKE.
The letter you need from DOCJ44's name is the "C" - the third letter. He therefore arrived last - after the first and second groups.
