We have mostly completed PCE 21, so it is time to start up a new one. This will run from August 1 thru November 15. If you would like to participate please sign in below. Any questions, email me or post them. All Forum participants are invited to join in. This exchange is for post cards mailed the "normal" way, postmarked and written on.
Bob Scroope is #2, next person will be #3. Max is 25 participants plus our courtesy mailings. You will need a total of 28 cards if you want to keep a copy for yourself.

Did you all know that Elinor DeWire sends postcards to school students all over the world to show them what lighthouses look like? She is able to do so because lighthouse folks supply her with cards. I decided to buy an extra where ever I am buying cards to help Lighthouse Kitty spread the word. Need more info? email me

Got my offerings stamped and addressed today and will send he cards out in tomorrow's mail .... 22 of one card and 3 of another for a total of 25. Wanted to get my cards out quick .... I think Lorie & John may have bought the same cards on their recent trip too!!?? I hope I can be forgiven.

Thanks Dan. It's not a problem. I bought so many cards this trip that I have plenty of other choices. It just might be a different card anyway.

Received Shortcake's card today. Very nice and is new to our collection. It looks altogether different than when I visited it in 2002 ..... it was very overgrown in the area then and hard to see unless you were real close to it. Also, when I visited it, it appeared to be a hangout for road workers who didn't feel like working .... couple of truckloads of them were there just idling their time. Obviously I didn't feel like hanging around too long!! Thanks Steph,

All my cards were dropped at the post office yesterday afternoon. They'll probably start being sent out on Monday morning.
Thanks to Bryan's card I received last Friday. Sounds like an adventure just to get to the lighthouse.

Received Charles card in today's mail. A very nice card and new to our collection. Had seen and photographed this light on a ferry ride after the Long Island Regional last year, but did not have a postcard of same.
