Round Robin 11

As part of our new approach to Round Robins, the players have been divided into three robins. 9 and 10 will be starting soon, so don't despair!

Anyway, my robin consists of the following players (in the order they will get the cards):

My starter set of 10 cards will be in the mail to Eileen tonight.

Hello one and all. Robin arrived yesterday (Tuesday) and went back out this morning to Bob. I took 3 and of course replaced them. Less than 24 hours here in NC, so I'm getting better at this. Have fun.

Recieved Saturday afternoon from Eileen, off to Randy in Monday's mail.

I hope this is not destined to happen to me again. I am going to be gone all next week on my way to Door County. If the envelope comes, and I'm not here....you'll know why!

Don't worry Jen. You, myself, and Dave will all be in Door County next weekend. It will just be a little slower finishing up with Dave.

OK, ok. I suppose that works! I don't feel so bad now! Thanks Lorie!

Cards arrived today. Took/replaced 6.
Heading north tomorrow to Jenifer.

On the way tomorrow to Lorie, and then back to Dave. Took 5, replaced 5.

I received the envelope from Jen yesterday. Dave it is in todays mail back to you.

Received the robin back from Lorie today. As soon as Mombo's Slow Pokes finish up we will shuffle the deck and re-start. Good job folks!

I'm downstream of JoAnn and would like to notify that Carol & I will be away from home for about two weeks starting next Monday (7/26). If the RR gets to Meeeechegan before then I'll move it right along .... if it arrives while we're away, it will stall out for awhile.

The robin flew in from the west and alitted on our doorstep. Removed and replaced five (5) cards. Will have it fly the coop with tomorrow's mail and will instruct it to fly directly to Kokomo.

The robin did return home this week. We will take a break until Sue's robin gets home. At that point we will shuffle the deck again and restart. Great job on flying this one around! Also got some very nice cards back.

The Robin flew into Mobile today.

I have lightly clipped her wings and re-fluffed her feathers. And will send her on her way north to NY with the early morning jet stream.

In & out of soggy central NY today.

Robin arrived today and has soaked up some northwest sun; back in the mail tomorrow with a few west coast lighthouse post cards for John.

The robin will be making its way to Tom and Joyce tomorrow.

Robin survived the Texas heat and humidity and landed in Desoto today. We replaced three cards and should have it back in the air tomorrow to Tammy.

I'm bad - been a little occupied lately. The robin arrived from Tammy last Saturday. with a bunch of great cards. Hopefully each of you were able to add some to your collections this time around. Thanks for doing a great job moving the robin along. Once Mombo's returns home we will shuffle the deck and start them back around. If you don't want to play again for any reason, please let me know by email.

OK, back to the grindstone. I will be putting the newest incarnation of this robin into the mail today. Players this time around are Randy, Dan, Larry, Tammy, JoAnn and home to me. Don't forget to post when you receive/send on.

RR 11 arrived on Thursday. Went back into the mail yesterday. (Sat.) Heading north to Dan.

The robin flew in from the south in yesterday's mail. Took five and replaced five (5) cards. Gave the robin's envelope to my daughter last night to take to the post office and make sure it has adequate postage ..... she has a PO Box and goes to the PO daily. The robin should be going out to Larry later today. Hope everyone down the line gets some cards to add to their collections.

In our effort to mix things up with these robins, this time around you got traded to George. He will be getting his robin started soon - he had to make a trip to help his father.

Doc John, don't feel like a stranger. I wondered the same thing untill I found myself in another robin! Then I knew what was going on.

I don't care what robin I'm in just so that I'm in one.

The Robin arrived in Oshkosh yesterday and will be leaving tomorrow...

The robin arrived on 10/22 and left again on 10/23. I took and replaced 5 cards. Hopefully JoAnn will receive it the middle of this week.

Wow! I can't believe the robin already made it to Oregon already! I just mailed it 2 pm on Saturday.

The robin came home while Susan and I were "out west". Great cards, and a great job moving the robin along so well! Thanks to all who participated in all variations of the robin.

As the television folks say, the robins are going to go on hiatus for a couple months. We will fire them back up in early January to start the new year off right.
