St. Augustine Balloon Exclusive

The postcard I received from the St. Augustine Lighthouse indicated that there would be an exclusive St. Augustine Balloon available during the Lighthouse Festival and HL Regional. I assume that it will only be available at the event. There will only be 500 of them available. My wife collects the balloons and we will not be able to be there because we will be up in Michigan at a family event. I am sure that there will be plenty of Wackos at the event but I was wondering if there are any of you out there who do not collect the balloons and could possibly pick one up for me. If that would be possible please contact me at jchesher@comcast.net so that we can work out the details. I sure would appreciate it and my wife will be pleasantly suprised. Of course then we will be fighting over display space, but we can usually work that out.

Jim. I saw the St. Augustine Sky-Bound Balloon custom piece at the lighthouse a few weeks ago. I belive it is available for sale now.

Thanks for the info John. I was going to call them tomorrow anyway to check into pricing and how they were going to distribute only 500 of them. Stephanie (Shortcake) said she would pick on up for me, but if I can buy it now then it sure makes it easy for everyone. Thanks again.

I just got off of the phone with the gift shop at the St. Augustine Lighthouse and they do indeed have the exclusive balloon currently available for purchase and they will ship if you are interested. Cost of the baloon is $39.95. They are shipping mine today.

250 of the exclusive St. Augustine Balloon are at the Lighthouse museum now. Next load of 250 will be delivered for the event.
28 of the 250 have been sold so far.
Mine is also on its way.

This is a great chance to collect a Sky-Bound Balloon and have a rare collectable of only 500 made.

Glad you like it, Daniel. Just to be clear, I don't believe that only 500 will be made, but that 500 would be available by the time of the St. Augustine Lighthouse Festival.
