2017 State Roll Call for Christmas

This roll call by states has been a yearly event well before I joined the Forums in 2001 so here we go for 2017. I certainly hope that we can get better participation then we had last year when only 5-6 collectors responded. I will start this roll call by states and hope everyone that reads will contribute.
