We are driving from Chicago to Missouri, southwest of St.Louis for a truly rural country Thanksgiving at Patti's sisters place. Can't wait,

Thanksgiving is pretty much over at this point, except for the crazy people out shopping. Or, those who are waiting in line for a store to open . . . .

We're having a GREAT Thanksgiving weekend with all three granddaughters - Julia, Scarlet, & Rosa. What a trip to watch the 3 of them interact. All 4 of my children were also home for Thanksgiving. And we had an announcement that another Grand is on the way in June. So after 3 weeks of craziness a little bit of heaven has returned.
