Sold It! - Got another one!

Some of you have been following my efforts to sell our home.

The sale closed today and on Tuesday, we'll move to another home. This one is new 4 BR 2.5 bath in a subdivision called McDowell Mountain Ranch.

Congratulations John! I have one question. I thought you said you were going smaller - 4 bedrooms? (LOL)

Congrats, John! While it has meant lots of work for all 3 of you (and a lot more in the coming days!) I know that today had to be a great pleasure for you. Sure was a beautiful home you are leaving. I'm sure the new one will be every bit as nice. Biggest headache you will have for a while is trying to remember where you put things!

Hope all goes well with the move. Will you be covering it live here in the forums??? Hourly updates and such. Last thing to leave the old home: the PC. First thing hooked up in the new home: the PC.

We went from 3,900 sq ft to 3,100. 12' ceilings throughout to 10'. 20,000 gallon pool to probably 10,000.

I expect our utility bills will be dropping significantly.

Probably no 'live' coverage Dave, But I'll post pictures after the move is done.

Well John, my square footage is about half yours, my ceilings are 7 1/2 feet but my "pool"'s bigger than yours and doesn't require cleaning!

FSB Investigations Has done it again!

Our crack research team has uncovered a recently sold vacation property somewhere near John, although we can not confirm or deny the purchaser, our facts all point in one direction (you make you own conclusion)
but this luxury home is in fact 3100 sq feet w/10 ft ceilings, and has the lake front view, with well over a 10,000 gallon pool/pond.

Those 10' ceilings are ONLY on the first floor, of course. The living space is all upstairs, in case the Salt River has one of those 10,000 year floods.
