Heard from Fred tonight and he's heading out on another road trip -- but just for a week.

He, his daugheter and her husband and a granddaughter are heading to Disneyland and on to visit El Cajon for a first visit to the HL HQ on Wednesday.

Wish I were with you when you visit HL HQ. A lot warmer there than here. 18 degrees right now. Hope you enjoy time with your family.

John, did someone let CHP know that Fred was headed out for a road trip? Or maybe he found that stealth paint to cover his Suburban.

Have a safe and fun trip, Fred. Be sure to get some of those pictures they want to sell you when you ride the roller coasters - we would all like to see that one!

Maybe Willy Nelson was singing about Fred when he sang, "On the road again,..can't wait to be on the road again..."
