Now this one is a real beauty in the pictures. Hope it's as nice looking in person.

Rich,
As good as Paul's pictures always are, I have always thought that the actual lights have been better than ANY of the pictures. It is the single fact that hooked me on Harbour Lights from the beginning. If you don't mind (probably) repeating yourself for a relative newcomer, what started you collecting HLs?
And once again, Thank You, Paul.

I got started collecting HLs when my wife bought me a Cheryl Spenser Collins Ponce De Leon for my birthday in 1994. I was stationed at the CG Base across the inlet from Ponce Lighthouse during the early 70s. During a trip to Jacksonville, FL I stopped at a gift store and saw a HL Ponce Inlet and the detail was twice as good as the Spencer Collins lighthouse for about half the price. I bought the HLs Ponce, returned the Spenser Collin piece and have never looked back. I started buying HLs from that point on.

Thanks for sharing, Rich. My first Harbour Light was a gift (Oak Island)so of course, it didn't need replacing, but I agree! I have never looked back either (unless it was to a time when my house seemed alot bigger)! And each year the new editions keep me looking forward, so I guess the 'cure' will be long in coming, if at all. And if Harbour Lights continues to deliver the QUALITY and DOES NOT CONTINUE to shrink the physical size of the LEs, I'm in for the long haul, and lovin' it!
