HL #240 ? Oak Island, NC. ?

I was just reading Jim Ruthefords (pardon me if I misspelled it Jim) news letter handed out at Rosemont (Rosemont recap) and I see that Jim has Oak Island, NC listed as #240 with an edition size of 10,000 and an unknown price as of yet. Are there any pictures of this piece availble ? was it shown at Rosemont ? (if so I missed it) I see it's not listed with the rest of the new 99's on the HL web page.
Expiring minds want to know !
