Photos of all 1999s Now Ready - 07/02/99 08:18 AM

Paul Brady, our official photographer for HL-dot-com, put in hard work and long hours at Rosemont and came away with the usual great set of photographs of the latest and greatest.

You can see a preview of what's to come at the 1999 Introductions Visual Index:

http://www.harbourlights.com/catalog/1999/index.htm

Click on one of the thumbnail images to see a 4" version of the same shot. I'll be working on individual pages for each of these new releases over the next 10 days.

As always, great shots Paul!

Thanks for all the time you put in snapping all the shots. It's nice to be able to see good photos of them before they show up at the dealers!

Great photos of the new models. I really like the Sapelo Island piece. I might be heading up to St. Marks this weekend. Hope everyone has a nice holiday.

Paul,
If the actual HL pieces are as nice as your photographs, I will have to get a second job to fund buying them all. Thanks for the great job you always do for the collectors of HL.

PS I really am looking forward in seeing Fisgard and Cape Disappointment two weeks from now.

With your permission Paul. Can I cut out the pictures and display them in my curio until I get the real things? They're the next best thing to the real piece! Of course I will have to remove my broken shovel to make room. Just can't get rid of a faithful friend.

Thanks for all the hard work and long hours Paul, great pictures.

I really like the looks of the Christmas piece, East Quoddy. MJ & I just visited this light, for our first time, last month. We went with friends and fellow HL collectors Ron & Shirley Drummer. We were fortunate enough to hit it at the right time (tide was just starting to come in).

Harbour Lights lighthouses keep getting better all the time.

Thanks so much to Paul and John for getting the 1999 photos in. As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words.
Maybe ten-thousand...

In addition to the overall visual table of 1999 issues, I'm working on the individual pages about each. I don't have the promotional copy for the very latest issues, but the page is set up.

You can view the page by clicking on the name of the lighthouse under the photograph. Clicking on the photo still brings up a larger image of the thumbnail.

Some will note that these 1999 pages have a different background from other pages. Some browsers, especially AOL's do not treat the backgrounds well, often smushing them to the left so that the "Harbour Lights" script along the right side of the page gets pushed behind the text. To see these versions, your display would need to be set to 800x600 or higher resolution.

With the new background, the name is down the left side of the page.

As always, if you find a link that doesn't work, please let me know by email. You could copy the URL of the page with the bad link and paste it into the email you send.
