Nothing To Do With Anything - 04/10/99 11:01 PM

You made it! You finally reached the end of the forums. (Assuming you read top to bottom)

To those of you who are new to the Forums or just may not have realized, anything is fair game to post here. It doesn't have to deal with Harbour Lights. It doesn't even have to deal with lighthouses. Please, just keep it in good taste.

Here in N.T.D.W.A., it has to deal with something, but it does not have to be anything in particular.

Don't you have something to do?

Yes, Todd, I have to go out and start working on "It's Only Money". I usually put her in around May 1st and time is flying here on the East Coast, where we are enjoying sunny California-like weather each day. No April showers here this year. They must have kept all the rain out on the West Coast.

Hey Bob,

Is "It's Only Money" a boat or your yard. My grass is growing fast, rye, and here in eastern Va. we've had plenty of rain, every weekend. My boat goes in next month.

"It's Only Money" is my boat. It is a rather expensive hobby but my family really enjoys it. We try to spend at least four days a week on her, and usually take several vacations on her during the summer.

I often sit in the stern on a hot summer's night at one of the islands and say to my wife..."I wonder what the poor people are doing." You can choose her reply from the following:

1. Who cares
2. We are the poor people
3. Would you make up another batch of margaritas

LOL... Bob

Instead of "Nothing to do about nothing: this is "Something to do about Something."

I think it's great we are seeing more "newbies" registering at the forum. It is also wonderful to see more interaction between the "newbies" and the "regulars." I'm a firm believer in "cultivating" new members for the Harbour Lights Family of Friends. How can you go wrong...no cost involved other than a little of your time to communicate.
