Does anybody from HL actually read the forums, or are we just "sounding off"?

Yep. I read 'em. Do I count?

I kind of call attention when I see something the home office needs or should know about.

I know some of the crew crawls through here once in a while too.

I would be willing to bet that every post on the Collector Forum is read by at least one of the crew at Harbour Lights. This is the collector's sounding board and many suggestions left on this board have turned into reality. I also believe the logs from the HL "chats" are read.

As a connected collector, I can say that HL listens to its collectors. They want to accommodate us and keep us interested in their line. They certainly do a good job of that. Harbour Lights is a wonderful company.

If you have any suggestions or ideas about HL's, speak your piece at a chat or post in on this board. The responses from your fellow CF members can be very interesting.

I can tell you with 100 percent certainty that someone from the HL staff reads this stuff. Don't ask me how I know because I'm sworn to secrecy.
