List of Open Editions to Limited Editions

Now that Daniel has brought the subject of the OE Mukilteo being changed to a LE, can someone provide a list of ALL the OEs that were changed to LEs including OE Product Number, LE Product Number and Lighthouse Name. I know there were approximately 7-8 of them but can't seem to remember them all. Also, it would be great if you could furnish the approximate serial number when the change occurred. I really need this info for completing my collection with one of each of these lighthouses.

Cape May HL168 (NEVER ISSUED A OPEN EDITION NUMBER BUT WAS DESIGNED TO BE OPEN EDITION)

I did remember the open editions by memory by name and a few by number but I did have to look up the rest.

They can be found on the HL product sheet, the Green book and the official collectors guide.

If you are collecting all variations are you going to collect the Malaysia /China variations.

I don't think so as I would probably have to build another room and get some more curios. I never even gave that a thought and can't imagine how many more that would be.

Do you have a rough number?

There are 8 listed in the collectors guide on page 435.

I think there maybe a few more that should be added to the list but I never confirmed it. I started to researh but never completed from lack of interest.

I died a quick inventory of the 8 lighthouses that were made either in Malaysia or China and out of the 16 total possibilities, I only need 5 additional pieces. Of the 7 lighthouses that were made with both an Open Edition Alpha prefix serial number or a Limited Edition serial number, I need all 7 limited editions because of my lower auto ship number which gave me all Alpha prefix serial numbers. All in all, I need an additional 12 pieces for my collection. I'll just pretend these pieces are the 2012 editions that will not happen that I don't have to spend my money on. The fun of the hunt is on!!!!!
