Lake Ontario Lights

This is way overdue and I'm going to attempt to post some fabulous images I've managed to take the last couple of years in between running my eBay business. I took this trip with Fran last summer from Toledo all the way to Point Vicente, New York. These images made my calendar for family for 2009 and it was a hit! Enjoy!

Dunkirk Lighthouse


Thirty Mile Point


Braddock Point (we stopped here about 9am and had permission from the owners to walk around their grounds)


Charlotte-Genessee


Sodus Point (I could have spent all day here)


Sodus Outer


Oswego Pierhead


Selkirk (very quaint)

Stony Point (also private, and the owners weren't home, so we had to take what we could get. The lighting was at the wrong time of day)


Tibbets Point (one of my favorites)


Grand Island Light (Buffalo area)


Fort Niagara

Thanks for the great feedback and warm welcomes! Life's had me rather busy with a 7 and 3 1/2 year old (hard to believe Michael will be 4 in August) and running my own in-home business full time. I've neglected my other photography website for too long so it's time to add some new images, and I'm overflowing with them, LOL!

Jen, it's wonderful to see your beautiful photography displayed here again.

Missed you, girl! I've been busy too...note I'm in a different state, and state of mind as well. :-) Hope you can plan a photo trip up my way and come visit too!

ps Braddock Point is sold? We looked at it last November when it was listed for $1.5 million.

Bob, it must still be listed, as it was for sale in August when we were there but someone was at the residence at the time we stopped. I think they wanted closer to 2 mil for it at that time.
