Harbour Lights Collector Society 2011-2012

Anyone hear any news on the upcoming collector society year?
It starts in 13 days !!!

Loon, I posted the same question in the Harbour Lights Products Forum a week ago, on the 11th, and haven't heard a peep out of anyone! Your guess is as good as (or better than) mine!

I haven't a clue !!!

But it's probably from an area that wasn't included in the winter releases.

It's now 12 days till the new CS year!

And Counting...

HL Customer Service says a mailing on the Collector's Society will be going out in about 2 weeks.

I think most of us just want to know what they are at this point.

We can wait till May to renew our membership.

Eleven days to go !!!

Can't wait to get some CS mail !!!

Has everyone that is waiting renewed their membership and ordered your Society Piece? I renewed and ordered today. Maybe you can sweet talk the ladies into spilling the beans about what the 2 Society pieces are.

I have no idea, I was hoping one of my CF buddies would spill the beans. I may not know until next week when I renew my membership.

I would have no problem telling you all what this year's society pieces are, except one little detail..... I haven't renewed yet.

(I am waiting to see what the pieces are FIRST!)

I was just reminded that these Forums were started so collectors could share the latest information with each other. The Gift Piece is the Old Portland Breakwater.

Disappointed again that the Great Lakes region has been snubbed. In all the years of the Colectors Society there has been no Great Lakes gift, and only one Exclusive. Kind of hard to figure with the popularity of the area...

I was hoping to wait till maybe June to renew, but the more I look at these two I think I'm renewing asap !!!

I am very happy that they did Fishing Battery. Too bad the lighthouse itself is crumbling. The Feds now own it as part of the Blackwater Wildlife Refuge and it is not open to the public. It can only be seen from the water. It is on the USLHS Doomsday list.

I should have said the Lighthouse Digest Doomsday list.

I too am happy that they did Fishing Battery. However I would of thought some other Bay lights would of been made before this one.

1 Chesapeake Bay light and 1 light from Maine. Both keepers for me! Excellent. Guess I will be renewing again.... (ha ha)
