Crisp Point LLOM Exclusive

Even though I don't collect LLOM Exclusives I remember there was a LLOM version of Crisp Point developed for one of the stores/events in the Great Lakes. I don't remember which store/event that commissioned the piece, but, I have heard it through the grapevine that there will be another of these special LLOMs made for Crisp Point. Only this time I understand it will be a "fall colors" edition. Don't know if this is true, but, I figured I would put this rumor out and see if it "sticks" to the wall. Has anyone else heard this rumor?

I know the folks over at CPLHS were really pushing for a regular LE sized replica.

A "fall colors" LE replica would make it a bit different from the LLOM piece.

Can't see them making two LLOM's of the same lighthouse, but stranger things have happened !!!

Hadn't heard anything about a full size LE, only the rumor about another LLOM.

In 2008 Crisp Point Light Historical Society(CPLHS)had HL produce 500 LL replicas of their light of which 300 were a numbered limited edition with a special marking on the bottom which were pre-sold. All 500 have now been sold.

CPLHS is considering the possibility of ordering another 300 LL from HL that will not be limited or numbered. They are trying to determine if there is enough interest to purchase these 300 extra replicas. They will be priced at $21.95 (plus tax for Michigan residents)and with shipping at $5.00 each.

I need to find out what the Harbour Lights LLOM number is going to be, the Crisp Point Society is calling it Fall at Crisp Point..

Anyone hear an update on when we could expect this work of art???

I got an email on the 24th saying they were getting the 'packaging ready' for shipping the moment the replicas arrived, and they were confirming addresses. I don't know exactly what that means in terms of when to expect the lights, but it seems like a good sign to me.

Crisp Point members plan to attend the Alpena Lighthouse Festival, October 6, 7, 8 2011. Will be picking up our Fall Crisp Point lighthouse at that time!

I'd say that it appears as though Crisp Point will be in the same container as the new releases. Due in at any time now....

Crisp Point Society posted on facebook that the replicas are in and they will start shipping them tomorrow..
