Guest Book Opens

When the Harbour Lights site opened in August 1998, we had a guest book for visitors. That went away when programming got switched.

I've opened up a new guest book for your comments.

Thanks for all your kind posts. I'm working on that text wrap thing. But I won't be able to do any more on it until I get back from Anaheim.
