Letters to the Editor? Photos? - 04/04/06 12:04 AM

The next Lighthouse Legacy is in the works this week; probably for release next week.

It will include 2006-2007 Collectors Society pieces, pictures of the In-Store and Regional Event pieces and a preview of one or more of the June 2006 releases as well as a review of the events scheduled for 2006.

We'd like to hear from YOU about YOUR collecting. Send letters to the editor, club photos or news, photos taken at past Harbour Lights events, even your best Lighthouse Photo -- it might make the cover shot. Search your memory banks and tell us how YOU started collecting Harbour Lights.

Made any new display cabinets? Gotten married at a lighthouse? Let's share those stories and images.

email information to webmaster@harbourlights.com Please make the SUBJECT "Lighthouse Legacy" and include your full name and a phone number in case I need to contact you.

CLUBS: is your listing current? Got your 2006 meetings scheduled? www.HarbourLights.com/clubs.htm Please check and update the information. This issue will include a list of Harbour Lights Clubs.

Sounds good! Can't wait! Will this have Don instead of Kim giving the intro or will she continue doing that?

Another great move by the new owners of Harbour Lights to bond with their faithful family of collectors. I like it!

I just thought I would bring this back to date. I personally feel this is an excellent opportunity for our fellow CF members to participate in the development of future issues of the Legacy.

Interaction between Harbour Lights and the faithful collectors is important. Have any of you submitted a story or photos as of yet?

Unfortunately, Bob. not one single response was received.

Last call this weekend for letters to the editor, pictures at a lighthouse or Harbour Lights event, "Me & Bill" photos, favorite recipes, lighthouse news, etc.

John, is this a one-time shot for the upcoming Legacy or will Harbour Lights accept articles and photos for future Legacys?

Any suggestions on length of articles or the size and format of submitted photos?

Open-ended as to contributions... now or in the future.

How about some 400-600 word articles on work trips to lighthouses?

Rich's custom made AB cases?

This summer's WILD trip complete with photos from last year?

Coast Guard or Navy service days and memories?

Photos and stories on the launching and upcoming takeover of Icebreaking duties on the Great Lakes by the "Little Mac"?

How you display your Habour Lights?

A few original lighthouse poems?

The favorite book in your lighthouse library?

Memories of Rosemont - Long Beach or Edison Shows?

Will they update the Product History annually and, if so, when will the first revised one be available? Will it be sent to members via USPS or will it take the form of the Legacy (yuk!)?

When will the Seahorse site be updated?
