A typo?
Within the Collector Forums universe . . .
Short answer: One who has 50 or more posts on the Forums.
Longer (and more general) answer: One who has an enduring interest in and affection for, perhaps even addiction to, lighthouses in general and Harbour Lights collecting in particular.
If you do a search on "Wacko" in these Forums, I know you'll find many longer, more elegant definitions, and many discussions on the topic.
Welcome aboard, binky52. Only 48 to go!

If you indeed did mean 'whacko', I can explain - from experience. It is that sudden - and quite rapid - deceleration of that new Harbour Lights lighthouse purchases' nifty box as it impacts your noggin - propelled there by that loving spouse/significant other who just found the items' receipt. This is certainly to be diferentiated from the term "WHACK-O", which is a repetetive version of the former, often following the discovery of that new CC monthly bill. Switching your mutual funds report with your CC balance info may help - as would a football helmet.

Welcome aboard Binky52! Great bunch of people here on the forums. Most of us are wacko's and love every minute of it. I guess the definition of wacko is as diversified as those of us on here.
