Corrupted Files on the Collector Forums - 6-26-2010

Some of our files were corrupted on Friday or Saturday and we have asked our web hosting company to restore files. Some problems you might incur - an inability to post, possibly some missing files.

We hope to have it back on Monday.

Please email webmaster@lighthousekeepers.com to report what kinds of problems or messages you may be receiving.

I see my iconic photo is missing. Just bringing this up to the daily list. Hopefully we'll be able to restore things on Monday.

That's probably why my photos were blurry on the Mystery LH that day????????

I've spoken to the web hosting company and our problem may take some additional time to repair.

Please continue to email me if you have had a problem posting or if you have an image that no longer shows up, or whatever you encounter.

If you've already emailed me, you don't need to send another for each instance. Copy and paste into your email any messages you receive when trying to log in.

John -Any update with an estimated repair date/time?

We're going to need to bring in our UBB people to restore files to fix the problem. Don't know how long or when.

Thanks to Rick, our life-saver from the UBB people, we're back up and running.

My apologies to those who were unable to post. Paul told me today that only those who were moderators or Saints were able to post during this down-time. (I can't imagine why that would be, though.)
