HarbourLights.com temporarily down

As of 10:40 PM Sunday, the server that holds the contents for HarbourLights.com is temporarily down. They are backing up the site and it is expected to back up again about midnight ET.

Almost 12 hours later and it still appears to be down.

I tried that site from this end of the country, and it's not appearing on my screen.

Is this being done for bigger and better things?
