Hey Iris, are Umlauts one or two letters?
i.e. are they ü or ue ????

Hi Margret,

please write umlauts like in a crossword puzzle:

Ü = UE
Ä = AE
Ö = OE

For example:
Lightship VÄSTRA BANKEN = VAESTRA BANKEN

Iris is German, so she would spell the names of things, towns etc. the German way

I'll try to give it a go...I've got all 5 questions answered so far...

How are you all keeping track of your answers?

I have just had to extend my grid again
On it I count out the numbers and write the letters under the number as instructed in the clues.

But the solution keeps getting longer with every clue Wow, I am so curious ...

I just have it written down on a piece of paper...
I can tell you that I am getting somewhat confused as my answers have the same letter used again in a different area of the solution. I'm guessing that the answers will have letters that will repeat themselves. Does your Day 3 use the same letter as Day 6?

I enjoyed putting the puzzle together on Day 6!

This person put alot of time in designing this Advent Calendar Quiz...very challenging!
