I have looked at several "member profiles" and they state status as "junior member". What are the various categories and their meanings?

I didn't even think of looking at Member Profiles until you asked the question. It's nice to see some background on who is talking.

For those of you who've been sparse with the information in your member profile here, you can always edit your profile and add more detail. We're among friends here.
Just click on those little words at the top of the page "edit profile". You can also change your name if you wish to be less or more mysterious.
