Variation of "RED" Legacy Light - 09/03/03 07:43 AM

Hi Folks,

I guess this is the correct place to post this?!?! I have several "RED" Legacy Lights and had them sitting side by side the other day and noticed quite a lot of differences in painting. I know that different artists do give slight variations in color and such but one big difference was noted. Of the 3 I was looking at, 2 have the seahorse painted "tan" which makes it stand out from the grey rock. The 3rd one is not painted. I was wondering if anyone else has noticed this and if anyone has any idea what the quantities of painted vs unpainted seahorses are???

Both my blue and my red legacy have the painted seahorse.

My Red Legacy Light is boxed and put away with a couple of hundred other lights, so it would be hard for me to check it. Since HL's are hand painted, I guess what you say is a very distinct possibility.

I have the unpainted variety Red Legacy. My Blue Legacy has a painted Seahorse, though.

My Blue Legacy has a painted seahorse. Of the two Red legacies I have one painted and one not painted.
