 Should only members be able to view images?

We've discovered with the present set up of the new software, only members who are logged in are able view images posted by other members.
So - Should we leave it that way?
Or - Allow anyone cruising through here to view any image posted by any member?
Only members should view images (30%, 10 Votes)

Everyone should view images (55%, 18 Votes)

It appears this blocking of images is not consistent. I noticed one thread with posts in the last two days that are viewable when I'm logged out.
