What type of flash do you use for your indoor pics?

I use an Olympus FL-40 flash that is designed to work with my Olympus E-10 Digital Camera and meters the flash through the camera lens...
I often use one of several LumiQuest products that I own, to soften the flash... the main two that I use most are... the Promax Softbox and the Promax Pocket Bouncer.
They work equally as well on my Nikon flash that is designed to meter through my Nikon's lens when I want a negative instead of just the digital image...
Since most of my pictures end up digital... I now shoot mostly with the Olympus but I still Love my Nikon film camera..

Thanks Paul, I have the OLY 2100 UZ and I just didn`t have the $ to spend on the FL-40.
