It has been pointed out to me that it is possible not everyone has read the sad news about Fred's passing I have posted in the Personal Time Forum . Please stop by that thread to view the postings and images celebrating Fred, and to share your memories or thoughts.

Some of you may question why this is being posted in the General Forum. It is because Fred has been one of the most revered and respected long time members of this group, and a Harbour Lights collector from the very beginning.

I have begun a thread about raising funds to honor Fred and Lou Kuhlman at the Point San Luis Lighthouse.

Thanks to those who have contributed so far to the "Fred Fund". We are headed in the right direction to honor this long time HL collector.

We were just in St Luis Osbispo and have seen the great strides in renovation that they have done. There completing rooms in the keepers house and I'm sure we could dedicate a specific project to Fred. I'll put up some pictures when I get back from Montauk.

You are correct. The St. Luis Osbispo Lighthouse is absolutely beautiful. I belive that we should help to do something similar in memory of Fred.
