I would just like to take this opportunity to thank both Jim & Julie Rutherford for their hard work and dedication in educating and informing collectors about Harbour Lights. The new "Survival Guide" arrived at my house today, and all I can say is that it keeps getting better and better!

If you are new to collecting Harbour Lights or are seasoned Wackos, this book is essential and informitive reading. The Rutherfords also put out a quarterly newsletter, "The Guiding Lights", which are also very worthwhile.

As an added bonus this year, to show their appreciation to thier subscribers, the first 250 copies were signed and numbered by Jim Rutherford. They also had New Point Loma on the cover as opposed to Old Point Loma which is on the standard version.

Thanks again Jim & Julie for the outstanding effort!

If you are interested in a copy of the guide or the newsletter, contact Jim and Julie at: HLSG@aol.com

-Todd

I also received the HL Survival Guide by the Rutherfords (limited edition) and am just beginning to browse through it. I too say this book is a must for Newbies as well as us Wacko's!

Your right Todd! The Survival Guide continues to get better each year. We have also appreciated the Rutherford's dedication in developing this guide over the years. It is easy to read, has a wealth of information both current and historical for the new collector. Every Harbour Lights collector should own one.
