Bob, 5:30am is early but it is the same time whether it's dark outside or not. You could try sleeping with a nite-light? In order to stay up until 10pm you could have a few less of those fuzzy looking drinks I saw you have last weekend?  (Why should I be the only one who's drinking habits are mentioned here, lol?!) Last weekend was good practice for long days, short nights!
