Your "only takes one to win" takes me back to the days of office football pools, the ones with the squares. One old timer used to just by one square for a quarter. Always thought he was pretty cheap since he wouldn't even spend a buck. I finally had to ask him one day and his answer was, "Well, it only takes one to win"!
