My trouble is, I am in the UK and calling the US is expensive, so I am reluctant to do that. Especially if I end up holding for a long time while someone invesigates only for them to come back still no wiser.
I have never dealt with the LHD because my auto ship HL Dealer is in Oregon. I'm sure the LHD frowns on overseas calls because of the expense to them on their end. One would think such inquiries could be answered via email. Do they do such a thing?
