After the events of 9/11, a number of Indiana gas stations went into the price gouging mode. Before it was over, the Attorney General came into the picture and the greedy bums were penalized. It is a shame that there on people who thrive on the problems of others, who think only of ways to hose the public.

Our local stations tend to jump prices an average of 17-18 cents the middle of each week to cheat the people who don't fill up until their Friday payday. Capitalism at its very worst.

Maybe we can take up a gasoline collection for our Zonie friends. If every member would put a quart in the mail to John . . . .
