Ethanol? Well if your state or locality mandates it's incorporation into gasoline you're stuck. You're also stuck if you live in a state that has high gasoline taxes. So the only way out would be to move or quit driving. We've compared gas prices before Katrina and the results always brought quite a range. So if most of the same factors are what's causing the ddifferences now....why are we doing this again? Other than to report the sudden increases and not so sudden decreases since the hurricane.
